Meet MarKel

Where we produce, sell, and distribute Premium Ethyl Alcohol of different origins and bases, such as: sugarcane, citrus, grapes, and various grains, counting with various qualities and graduations according to customer needs and market demand.
Sustainability
As we strive to minimize environmental impact in all our processes, from the raw material used in our main product, the result of discarded material from other companies, as well as the reuse and recycling as main foundations in the planning and execution of our manufacturing, storage, and control processes, we promote responsible production methods in order to minimize environmental impact.
With 55% of the site installed destined for the area of preservation of the local flora and fauna, MarKel demonstrates care for nature and the reduction of possible impacts on the environment.
The use of organic fuels, also derived from the disposal of the agro-industry, combined with modern equipment and judicious processes guarantee high levels of control and cancellation of the emission of atmospheric pollutants, collaborating to guarantee the quality of the air in the region.
Using its own generators, the entire industry is powered by the electricity generated by itself through the transformation of spare thermal energy. As a result, thousands of watts of power from the distribution system are no longer consumed and are then available to the population.
Through the reuse and treatment of industrial effluents and human waste processed by biodigesters, MarKel drastically reduces the consumption of water in industrial processes, ensuring the longevity of aquifers and their capillaries and, going further, returns by-products to the environment and society, important for agribusiness that is used through fertigation, composting, fertilization, and other processes that seek to restore soil quality.
